What are the biggest benefits of routine inspections?
To check your tenant is maintaining your investment. As much as our Property Manager can take many photos, or even videos, visiting the property is our chance to document any maintenance, damages, and/or repairs on your property so you don’t end up paying for the costs that is not within your responsibility.
Secondly, great communication between a landlord (or property manager) and the tenants will be the key to keep the tenants who always pay rent on time, cause minimal damage to the property, and renew their lease multiple times.
During a routine inspection, the property manager will not only inspect the condition the tenants are keeping your property, but also the “overall” state of your property
